For over forty five years, Compucraft has provided the aerospace industry with leading quality in complex sheet metal fabrication and assembly. We have earned the partnership of award-winning aerospace companies by providing exceptionally-produced parts and assemblies with a single-minded focus on quality and safety.

Every piece produced in our 85,000 sq ft facility is produced to the highest caliber of production available. We offer high quality titanium hot forming, wing stretching, and other sheet metal services often not available elsewhere.

THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF QUALITY CONTROL

With production processes geared for continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma practices, Compucraft’s high quality work is always getting better. From engineering to production, we meet and surpass the strictest customer requirements. The majority of our products are completed entirely in-house, assuring that our experts have complete oversight of production from start to finish. We are proud to offer a number of services to the United States military, repeatedly meeting their stringent expectations where quality is concerned.

Compucraft is AS9100 REV.D certified and holds NADCAP accreditations for Welding and Penetrant Inspection.

ADVANCED INSPECTIONS
We inspect 100% of our products, period.

Whether it’s full mechanical inspection, the use of our FARO Arm, CMM or Verisurf software, Compucraft subjects its production to strict inspections, assuring consistent quality and durability of our product.

Many of our assemblies go through a series of tests to ensure the highest quality, which may include pressure testing, helium leak testing, load testing (up to 140,000 lbf), and more.

BEYOND BEST PRACTICES
Our experts stay at the forefront of quality engineering and quality control. Compucraft employees undergo ongoing training to provide the highest caliber of service. We do not aim to meet industry requirements - we aim to exceed them in every way. To do this, we regularly work hands-on with our customers to identify the best methods to improve product quality.

MANAGED QUALITY
Compucraft utilizes uniPoint software to manage all aspects of our quality system. Its seamless integration with our MRP system allows us to monitor everything from training and suppliers to quality history and the effectiveness of corrective actions.
